All texture services, including Perm/Body Waves, and QiQi Hair Controller Treatments, require a consultation and deposit prior to booking.

Hand-tied, tape-in, and bonded extensions are available by consultation only.

Healthy, glowing skin starts with consistency. We recommend weekly or monthly treatments, with a personalized plan tailored to your unique goals.
Enhancements
Add-on to any facial.
Please allow 2–3 weeks of hair growth prior to your waxing service. To minimize irritation, avoid sun exposure 24 hours before and after your appointment. Discontinue use of retinol or acne medications 48 hours prior, and inform your esthetician of any other medications you are using.

Cancellations
Out of respect for our guests and team members, we kindly ask that any appointment cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations must be made by phone; we do not accept cancellations via email or text message.
If you miss your appointment or cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, a valid credit card will be required to remain on file for future bookings. The full value of any missed services will be charged to the card on file to ensure our service providers are properly compensated for their reserved time.
Returns & Exchanges
Product returns made after 30 days of purchase will be issued as in-salon credit. Additional restrictions may apply.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-transferable and non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Salon NOIR is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
